Description
A pleasant walk around Herdsman Lake and Galup (formerly Lake Monger). This walk is rated medium due to the distance (about 15 km), however the route is flat with easy walking.
There will be opportunities to view the birdlife on and around the lakes.
There will be a stop for morning tea. Bring lunch if you wish. Coffee is available at the Lake Monger Bowling Club at the walks end.
Note that there are no toilets at Herdsman Lake but there are toilets at start and end of walk.
