Canning Bridge Station to Mt Henry Bridge return

An easy and beautiful walk of around 6.5 km along the Canning River from Canning Bridge train station.

We will walk across the Canning Bridge north side, then along the river to Mount Henry Bridge, then return. There are several places where we can detour down to the river's edge. There is a possibility of a coffee stop along the route if people are keen.

Public transport is recommended as there is no parking at Canning Bridge station, so the meeting point is the bus stop just west of the station. 

Alternatively, catch up with the walk near the Raffles Hotel, where the bridge cycle lane meets the dual use cycle path, under the palm tree. A possible parking place would be the Canning Bridge Library car park on Canning Beach Road.
